What is included in your price?
Our prices include supply, delivery and erection of the timber frame, studwork, cladding and roof timbers.
What else do I need to complete the building?
Typically foundations, roof tiling, decorations and rainwater goods etc...
Do I need planning permission?
In most cases planning permission is required but we recommend that you check with your local planning office or refer to www.planningportal.gov.uk
Can you arrange a planning application for me?
Yes, we have an architect who can deal with all aspects of making a planning application
Do I need building regulation approval?
If the building is over 30m² you will need building regulation approval but please refer to www.planningportal.gov.uk
Can you arrange all the works to complete a building?
Yes, we work with an established team of contractors that are able to complete all aspects of a building
What are your delivery times?
Typically 4 - 6 weeks but please call for our current delivery times
Can you build any style of building?
We can build any building to suit your specification and size
How long will my Timbercraft building last?
With the correct maintenance it will last a lifetime
