Clive began his career as a Quantity Surveyor in private housing before starting his own carpentry business in 1980. In 1986 he established a property development company called Albany Homes Southern Limited, the sister company of Albany Timbercraft. The carpentry company has been the backbone of the Albany brand and after completing many timber frame buildings for other developers and clients, Albany Timbercraft was established to provide timber framed buildings to homes and properties across the UK.
Clive says “Our aim is to always exceed our client’s expectations and deliver an exceptional service. We treat our customers the way we ourselves would want to be looked after, which has meant our customers are always delighted.”

Having started his career as an apprentice in 1979 for a building company, Steve began working for Albany 1983 as a carpenter. Now considered part of the furniture, Steve has worked his way up through the company to Projects Manager. Steve knows construction and uses his experience to ensure projects run to plan, budget and deadline, every time.
